BTS isn't K-pop?

Nowadays Most of us know that 

"K-pop" as a genre made a huge impact on the western music industry for past couple of years.

It all started back in 2017 when A K-pop boyband "BANGTAN SONYONDAN" also goes for BTS,consisting of 7 members JIN, RM, SUGA , J-HOPE, JIMIN, V &  JUNGKOOK , won THE TOP SOCIAL ARTIST awards in the Billboard Music Awards beating Famous artists like Justin Beiber, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez and Shawn Mendes with their Single " Blood Sweat and Tears".

It was just the beginning. With their unique style of fashion and onstage performing act they blew up the stage of American music awards show . Various artists appreciated their energy on the stage even cheered for them.

After that they became really famous among other artists and  which gradually led to various collaborations with famous artists such as Nicki Minaj , Lauv, the Chainsmokers, Halsey and many more. Many says they paved the way for other KPOP acts to shine internationally as after BTS many KPOP bands such as BlackPink ( girlband consists of 4 members ) have shown huge progress in snatching the spotlight with their album Square Up in 2018 since then various groups such a monstaX, EXO, Got7 have also progressed in their international fame game.

BTS 's most powerful source of motivation is their fandom, referred as the A.R.M.Y. ( Adorable Representative MC of Youth ) a name given by the Idols themselves . The huge growth of their international fandom is also one of the reasons they are stealing the spotlight as they have the most dedicated fans all-over the globe . If they go to any award shows half of the audience are carrying ARMY Bomb ( it's the name of their official lightstick ) , cheering louder than ever for their Idols. They even do charity in the name of their Idols . Such dedication of ARMY has been praised by many Artists who worked with BTS. Even many Artists claim themselves that they belong to this fandom .  

They are being adored by not only the music industries all over the world but also , writers , actors and famous personalities with occupation other than music.

After 3 years of not looking back and breaking most of the records from being the first ever K-pop band to perform in the American music awards to being the first ever KPOP band to perform in the Grammys they went beyond their Genre. It's not only K-pop anymore. They are very versatile when it comes to music , hip-hop, Contemporary R&B , electronic dance , pop rock ,etc. Everytime they collab with an artist they create something beyond K-pop.

Nowadays stating BTS is just a KPOP band is understatement .

BTS isn't K-pop it's more than that. They never forget to acknowledged their culture or their base but they also never fails to outdone themselves.  Let's see what more they can give to their audience in the upcoming days as their recent album Map Of The Soul : 7 has received a lots of overwhelming response from their fans around the globe and also it has Sia featuring on one of their songs which is driving fans crazy.
