Liverpool to NOT win Premier League in 2019-20 season?

The current Champions League winners Liverpool are in a fantastic run this season in the Premier League, having drawn only one game against Man United and lost once against Watford (3-0) as late as on 29th February 2020. The lost against Watford crushed Liverpool's dream to stay Invincible this season in the Premier League. But, the current scenario suggests that Liverpool though has a big 25 points lead against Manchester City, who are second of the table have a really very high chance of NOT becoming the Champions of England after a drought of 30 years.

**Note- Liverpool never won the Premier League. The last time Liverpool won the League was back in 1989-90 season when the idea of Premier League was not introduced. If Liverpool wins this season, it will be their first ever Premier League Title.

The reason for this is Corona Virus or COVID-19 is affecting the world in the serious way. As the only thing known till now about the virus is that it is contagious and no cure for this have been found till now. Most countries have asked their people to not have any mass gathering. As gathering of people in a large number may increase chances of specific public health risk.

Italian League is already playing games behind closed doors without any fans attending.
The Italian football federation (FIGC) admitted on Tuesday that the Serie A season might not finish because of the coronavirus outbreak.
The FIGC confirmed in a statement that Serie A would stop until at least April 3 following a government decree issued on Monday and said that its president Gabriele Gravina had put forward several alternatives in case the championship could not be concluded.
One possibility would be to have play-offs to decide the title and relegation to Serie B, the statement said.
A second would be to declare the current standings to be final – which would result in Juventus winning the title – and a third would be to not have a champion side this season.
Reported Fox Sports.

In a statement, La Liga said:
According to information from the High Council of Sports (CSD), La Liga matches will be played behind closed doors, starting today (March 10) and for at least the next two weeks. La Liga will continue to be in permanent contact with the Ministry of Health and the CSD to follow its recommendations and/or decisions, prioritising the health of fans, players, club employees, journalists etc, due to the Covid-19 health crisis.
La Liga has been working on alternative plans in coordination with Uefa in case health authorities decide to suspend any match, creating a plan to play these matches.

Reports also suggests that French League will also be played behind closed doors starting from it's 25th round.

No such statements though haven't come from the English League though regular meetings between sports body and government. The most recent news have suggests that the number of Corona Virus cases have risen in the UK and six person have died till now. The Health Minister of UK, Nadine Dorries have been tested positive for COVID-19 days after attending gathering with Boris Johnson. Not just other sectors but the virus have made it's debut even in football, as Nottingham Forest's owner have confirmed being tested positive as well . The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has already postponed the Arsenal vs Man City fixture and probably a lot of them will be postponed very soon.

Football is one of the best sports in the world but it won't be a very smart decision to keep playing the game if it indirectly causes health hazard for the common people of the country. The government and the sports federations of all the country have to act fast to come to a decision so that the people of the country do not face problems from the current world scenario.

Football is not about life and death. So, it will be wiser for everyone to not risk owns or others health at risk.
